Deletion request

I would like Somfy to delete my account and all of my associated personal data.

In accordance with current regulations, I would like to request the deletion of my account and all personal data concerning me that is contained in SOMFY’s electronic and manual files.

The deletion of my personal data will be permanent.

By submitting my request, I understand that it will result in: 

  • The uninstallation and inability to use my products and services, including my professional security services (video surveillance, support, video recording, etc.)
  • The inability to access my various installations from my app
  • The discontinuation of notifications in the event of an alert
  • The destruction of my video recordings
  • The inability to recover my data at a later time
  • The inability to access all of my SOMFY apps (Somfy Protect, Tahoma, Thermostat, Somfy Keys, e-commerce site, etc.)

I am advised not to request the deletion of my Somfy account if:

  • I have SOMFY product orders in progress. The deletion will not cancel the order in the process of delivery, but may result in technical problems.
  • I would like to continue using SOMFY products or services.

Additionally, deletion will not be possible if SOMFY is legally obligated to retain my data.
