To ask me for my opinion as part of satisfaction surveys on SOMFY products and services
For example : If I give an opinion on a product, SOMFY can send it to its internal teams for analysis, to improve my satisfaction level.

My preferences apply when :
SOMFY may sometimes collect information about me from third parties or from other sources open to the public.
For example : Information available on the website of my company or from public registers such as the Trade Register.
SOMFY does not sell any personal data to third parties.
SOMFY may share my data with its employees in the various services and with other SOMFY group companies, only when necessary.

SOMFY only shares my data when it is necessary to carry out its professional missions and maintain an effective business structure (that is, in its legitimate interest):
For example : Share my address with an external transport company to deliver my order.
For example : Share my data with SOMFY employees and companies to manage my customer or supplier account centrally.
In case of transfer to third parties, SOMFY ensures that they process and secure my data in accordance with the legal standards applicable to personal data.
SOMFY’s servers are mainly located in the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland. SOMFY only transfers my data outside the European Union to essential service providers, who comply with the same protection rules as in the EU.
NB : Deletion is not possible if SOMFY has a legal obligation to keep my data.
I can ask SOMFY to delete my personal data at any time.
I can ask SOMFY to correct or supplement my data so that it is accurate and up-to-date.
I can ask SOMFY what personal data it holds or processes and request a copy of my data.
I can object to my personal data being used for canvassing by SOMFY. I can also limit SOMFY’s use of my data, for example if SOMFY takes steps to correct my inaccurate data following my request.

Note, the DPO will not be able to help me with any other matter, such as after-sales service, my orders etc.
SOMFY undertakes to process personal data only in a manner that is appropriate, relevant and limited to the purposes for which it was collected.
SOMFY implements a series of technical and organisational measures to secure and protect my personal data against any destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
SOMFY personnel, agents and subcontractors who process my data are bound by an obligation of confidentiality or must comply with an appropriate regulatory obligation of confidentiality.
SOMFY imposes strict security obligations on all third party service providers, in accordance with what is provided for in this Policy.
SOMFY retains my data for as long as necessary to perform the contract or to fulfil its retention obligations imposed by applicable laws and regulations (for example, for tax or audit purposes).
For example, SOMFY keeps cookies for a maximum of 13 months on our website, accounting documents (invoices, purchase order) for 10 years, contracts for 5 years from the end of the contract.
When it is no longer necessary to keep data that can always identify me, SOMFY may either delete it or make it anonymous or aggregate it so that I am no longer identifiable as a single natural person.
The date of this Policy is indicated in the Introduction. SOMFY may amend this Policy at any time without notifying me, unless these changes contain material changes that may affect my rights - according to applicable legal standards. In this case, SOMFY will inform me of the changes made by displaying a prominent information message at the beginning of this Policy.

The SOMFY entity that determines how, when and why it collects and uses personal data ("Controller") is responsible for the personal data I share.
The identity of the Controller depends on who I am :
For any other individual, except for employees working on SOMFY sites, the Controller is the entity that manages my relationship with SOMFY. I can view the information considered in the contract I entered into with SOMFY or obtained from my usual contact at SOMFY.
