Now that you know what you want, where and how, the time has come to determine the dimensions for each window. You can easily do this yourself with a good tape measure, pencil and notepad. We are happy to help you on your way.

Once you have measured all sizes, the choice of window decoration or curtain type has been determined, fabrics, gradations and operation are now known, you can take the next step.
Ordering online is really not that difficult. Entering into our webshop is fast, we go through it step by step together. Place every order, as you already do in any other webshop, in your shopping cart.
If it doesn't work out that way, please contact us (office hours), we will be happy to help you by phone.
Your order will only go into production after the necessary checks have been made. This is to avoid disappointment afterwards because we want satisfied customers!
During the production process, all necessary components are carefully assembled manually.
The window decoration is first made to measure for you, then the motor is placed in the roll-up tube of the roller blind or in the housing of the blinds and will then be further finished. Then follows the test phase to see if everything works satisfactorily. When the test has been successfully completed and the window decoration goes up and down electrically silently and there is no other defect, then it is ready for shipment.
Everything is then packed and shipped to the address you specified. This entire process from ordering to delivery often takes several weeks.
Check after receive
Once you have received your brand new blinds, unpack carefully and check that all the parts listed on the receipt are actually in the box. If something is missing, damaged or not in accordance with the order: let us know immediately. We will then contact you to discuss how we can help you quickly.
The installation can begin
The electric blind(s) has already been made to measure, so you can now determine where the attachment points will be. Use the supplied manual for this.
Many things are already pre-programmed in the motor, but the exact adjustment of the upper and lower end point is done with the supplied remote control. Follow the further instructions in the manual.
